Parents: Let your kids watch safely

Media is really getting bigger and bigger as we know; Now a days kids mostly are the source of million views in Social media like YouTube. So no wonder those who made children songs and lullaby’s with very creative images and videos get a million views.
No one says it’s a bad thing for your kids but are you aware of some videos that is out there? If not you should be careful letting your kid/s grab those tab or phone of yours because you might not know when you are not looking your kid/s might watching more than the “baby shark”. YouTube have more content than you know and some are just violence, swearing, bloody etc. that you don’t want your kid/s to see. As a good parent you should guide your kid/s on what they see and hear but we know that you’re not always with them, so the best way to do are the following.
Know those Applications
As kids grow they are being more curious specially on those tab’s and phones, yes kids now a days have more knowledge using those new technology, you cannot stop them and mostly you should not, why you say? It’s a big part in which we will discuss next time, but for now all you need to do is to know what are they up to just simply keeping an eye on those apps that they are installing, this is a big thing that you also know how this apps work. Let’s focus on our topic and learn more about YouTube app.
Parental guidance settings
YouTube app have a Parental Guidance settings how to:
 Click your Profile
Click settings

Click general

Make sure the Restricted mode in on.




This is just one simple way where you can tell you’re self “I’m a good parent”. But before celebrating you should know that there are a lot’s of way this is just one simple way.
Installing the right application
You knew how to set the restricted mode, but it doesn’t mean that you are done. In part of YouTube they have made this app named YouTube Kids.

in this application you should be worrying less rather than the original YT application. Most of the videos here are all approved for all ages specially this was made for those kids who really love watching their colorful and groovy videos.
Note: Please be advise that the most effective way to care our children is to really take eye on them no matter what. Sitting and watching with them even if it’s just a cutie video we should guide them and explain them whenever they have questions.
